When booking your wheelchair van rental, be sure to have the following information ready to ensure a smooth reservation process:

Wheelchair size (Note: Certain wheelchair widths and seated heights may have restrictions. Please notify your rental coordinator if your wheelchair is oversized.)

Airport rental bookings will be charged 72 hours (three days) before vehicle delivery

Yes, we require a $100 deposit when booking your reservation.
We will refund your deposit if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled rental.
Our wheelchair van rentals include 125 miles per day.
Additional miles are billed at $.35 per mile.
Our mobility consultants will give a full demonstration before handing off the keys to your rental vehicle. You’ll choose from our vast accessible van inventory where we’ll find the absolute right fit for your needs. This includes proper fitting and securement guidance for safe driving ahead.
