1. Sponsor
The Superior Van & Mobility Gulf Coast Community Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Superior Van & Mobility, located at 1506 Lake Shore Ct., Louisville, KY 40223 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Florida, who are age 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Superior Van & Mobility, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. EST on February 11, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on February 20, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries received outside of this period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
No purchase necessary to enter.
Eligible participants may enter by completing the official registration form during Superior Van & Mobility’s Gulf Coast community visits on February 11-12, 2026, or by submitting a completed entry form online at https://superiorvan.com/pensacola-2026/.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be void. Online entries will receive the same odds of winning as in-person entries.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $250 Visa Gift Card.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $250.00 USD.
Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash alternative. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or about February 23, 2026.
The winner will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact information provided at entry. If the winner cannot be reached within five (5) business days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release prior to prize fulfillment, where permitted by law.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Publicity & Rights
By entering, participants agree that Superior Van & Mobility may use their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation or notice, except where prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Superior Van & Mobility, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation or receipt of any prize.
This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
