Pedal Controls & Extensions

Pedal controls and extensions are designed to make reaching and operating your vehicle’s pedals more comfortable and accessible. From pedal extensions to left-foot accelerators, these solutions can help accommodate different reach and mobility needs.

Prescription Required for Many Driving Aids

Many adaptive driving aids require a prescription or recommendation from a Certified Driver Rehabilitation Specialist (CDRS) before they can be purchased and professionally installed. Requirements can vary depending on the equipment and the individual driver’s needs.

Our mobility consultants can help you understand the process and determine the next steps. Contact your nearest Superior Van & Mobility location for a free consultation.

FeatherLite FL211 Left Foot Accelerator

An electronic left-foot accelerator that recreates the feel of the original pedal on the driver’s left side. It defaults to factory-pedal operation and switches to the left pedal through an activation button after the vehicle starts.
