The BraunAbility UVL (Under Vehicle Lift) is an occupied wheelchair lift for applications on full-size vans. UVL mounts under the vehicle below the side doors until ready to deploy. This is an excellent option for vehicles where the wheelchair lift is occasionally used or interior space is limited. It also allows for easier entry and exit of ambulatory passengers riding along.
BraunAbility UVL lifts feature an integrated backup system for unanticipated power failures, numerous built-in safety features, and are easy to operate.
The Braun UVL-occupied wheelchair lift is V.A.-approved and NHTSA (National Highway Transit Safety Administration) compliant. It weighs 500 lbs. and integrates with optional power door operators.
