The Northstar-E Toyota Sienna wheelchair-accessible van features VMI’s patented ramp-on-a-stick design, which utilizes a manual, in-floor ramp system with a 30-inch-wide ramp. Unlike fold-out ramp designs, the ramp stows conveniently underneath the floor, creating additional interior space and maneuverability for the wheelchair user, caregiver, and passengers inside the cabin. The ramp is made from a high-strength aluminum alloy and can support loads up to 1000 lbs.
