When booking your wheelchair van rental, be sure to have the following information ready to ensure a smooth reservation process:
Pick-up and return dates and times
Preferred pick-up location or alternative pick-up details
Wheelchair size (Note: Certain wheelchair widths and seated heights may have restrictions. Please notify your rental coordinator if your wheelchair is oversized.)
Full payment due at vehicle pick-up
Airport rental bookings will be charged 72 hours (three days) before vehicle delivery
Flight details (if applicable for airport pickup or delivery)

The driver must be at least 21 to rent a wheelchair-accessible van from Superior Van & Mobility.
Yes, we require a $100 deposit when booking your reservation.
We will refund your deposit if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled rental.
Our wheelchair van rentals include 125 miles per day.
Additional miles are billed at $.35 per mile.
